BEFORE, you all discount me as the "glass half full" optimist, let me say that I understand that the WAY we lost some of our games is troubling.
HOWEVER, with that said, this week's polls appear to say that all but one of our losses have come against quality top 25 teams. The loss to Northern Iowa is the exception, but the other 4 teams that we lost to are all ranked in the top 25. UofL - 11, Dook, - 15, ND - 23, & Texas - 25.
Not many teams in the nation right now that can say that they only have ONE loss to a team outside the top 25. And, if these rankings hold true until tourney time, 4 out of our 5 losses will be against tourney teams. Again, not many teams will be able to say that.
Yes, I want the team that showed up against Miami to stay here for the remainder of the year, but even the other team didn't have "bad losses".
