Two guys who work for me have been doing this stuff for a couple of years. You can always tell when they've been to a tournament because they show up for work beat all to hades. I guess I see the appeal, but there's just no way I would ever get through it. I'd be stalking folks with a baseball bat after a match.

This is incredible. I have a lot of questions but haven't watched the whole thing. Do they have any padding under their armor? Are those weapons actually sharpened, like they could lop something off if they struck an unprotected area?

If nothing else, this has to be incredible stress relief. Just beating the ever-living hell out of another human being who has agreed to have the ever-living hell beat out of them. LOL

One of my guys showed up a few months ago with his nose smeared all over his face and two black eyes. He said he was hit right in the middle of his face shield with a hammer on the end of a pole about 8 feet long. He said two guys were holding him and he watched the other fellow just walk up and knock the snot out of him, literally.
