This team just can’t consistently get the big hit. Pitching is just not that good imo Caden O’Brien will be big for weekend if starting pitching can be solid. Not having Lancellotti is huge as well.

Young teams have those issues... Missing Zarate last couple weeks hasn’t helped matters either.... Expectations weren’t that high with such a young team and thru 8 ACC series they are hanging in at 12-12!!!! 4 more weekends to try and see if we can make the ACC Tournament... Need a couple other pitchers to be more consistent besides Love, Pry, Gillian, Rapp and hopefully O’Brien who will be solid during the last month..

And they didn’t pick many easy midweek games either with likes of Liberty, ECU, SC and Coastal so far... Hopefully this type of experience will help us out down the road
