Every new day is a blessing. Still getting 2 units of blood every 2 weeks. Iron overload is becoming a concern, almost as much as the dern meds to handle it! What the dern heck we gonna do about the outrageous cost of drugs in this country?

Mike I can feel your pain with the price of medicine. Since 2012, I have had 3 strokes and open heart surgery. I was taken 21 pills in the morning and 15 at night. I thank GOD that so far we have been able to make the medical bills. You and the ones supporting you are in my prayers every night.

No match yet sad to say. My Oncologist told me in 2-3 months there is a new drug coming out and he wants me to try it. Transfusions every 2 weeks is wearing on me.
