FOR WHAT IT'S WORTH....THIS TIME OF YEAR WE ALL GET TOGETHER WITH FAMILY AND FRIENDS, AND LAST NIGHT I WAS TOLD BY A BIG TIME BACKER OF NC STATE(HE'S IN MY FAMILY BUT ONLY SEE HIM A FEW TIMES A YEAR) - ANYWAY, MY FAMILY MEMBER WAS TOLD BY HIS CLOSE FRIEND WHO'S REALLY CONNECTED AND A MAJOR BOOSTER AT MOO U.. THAT THEY HAVE HIRED A LAWYER JUST FOR THE SIMPLE PURPOSE TO CONTINUE TO KEEP THE UNC SCANDAL STUFF GOING!!
I of course asked him for names and more detail, but he wouldn't go further with his info, but he laughed and said a small group of them had definitely hired a lawyer just to keep spinning it all and to keep "stirring the pot"
I DON'T DOUBT IT ONE BIT! I'M SURE THOSE BASTARDS ARE DOING JUST THAT! HE WENT INTO TELLING ME THAT "WHAT GOES AROUND-COMES AROUND" - I ASKED HIM WHAT HE MEANT BY THAT STATEMENT? HE SAID, WELL YA KNOW? .."IT WAS THE 'UNC PEOPLE' THAT GOT ALL IT GOING THAT GOT JIMMY V FIRED WAY BACK WHEN ALL THAT OCCURRED. I replied no I didn't know that or believed that to be true. I told him you always hear stuff like that with rival schools, etc. We discussed it more in detail and I of course defended our side, but he was stern on the issue that UNC had initiated things that led to V losing his job. I pushed back on it and we mostly kept the conversation civil since it was Christmas, but it bothered me. and if the "reds" from Moo U are really doing this, it will definitely not be good for us! My family member said that they have def. hired a lawyer to (keep it all going) -- That is BULLSHIT YALL! HE SAID THE UNC mess has gone as far as it has, because there are people seeing to it! - He said the NCAA started all of this stuff mostly because of all that Moo U had done to get them in town in the first place!
