Here is the scatter plot of the tournament field's points per possession on offense (Y) and points per possession allowed (X). The best teams are UL, worst are LR. The stats are not weighted for any schedule difficulty factors.

I don't have time to get into many details, but the field always has some surprises. Watch out for these schools in the first two rounds: Vermont, St. Mary's, Longwood, Delaware, S. Dakota State, and Jacksonville State. Auburn owns a path to the E8, but I'm honestly not sleeping on Jacksonville St. Auburn has some serious guard issues. A 15.5 point spread is far too big for that game. We'll see.

I'm going to be out of town and busy this week, and will have limited time to read and post, unfortunately. Hope this graph works well for you.
