Need a place to stay for UNC graduation?

I have a 2 BR 2 BA condo in Southern Village, a development 2 miles south of the UNC campus. I don't use the master BR/BA suite because I'm just one person and I don't need it. So I figured I'd try renting it out for UNC graduation. For that matter, if I felt assured that people would take care of the place I may rent out the entire 2 BR 2 BA condo (including LR, DR, Kitchen, Deck and Laundry Room).

So if you're interested or you know somebody that is then there are pics below for you to look at. Or if you want to look at in in person before then, like if you're in town for a UNC hoops game, then that's fine too. Or for that matter I guess I could rent it out for a UNC hoops game but there is probably way less demand for that.

No I haven't but I've thought of it and I thought it might be a hassle to put all my info up there just to rent it for graduation. But maybe I should do it. I thought posting it here might be an easy way to get a bite. Maybe I'll try Craig's List too.
