oh wait, you said renew, not cancel. There could be hope. On the other hand, I have tried like you wouldn't believe to renew mine and the dummies couldn't seem to understand not to try to charge against my old cancelled CC. And that was with finally, at least getting e-mail communication established which only came about because I cancelled my old card; and I cancelled that card because I wasn't about to continue paying for a service I wasn't getting.

I never could find a way to have an actual conversation with a human being. I finally gave up.
