Andrew Jones, could you help me please. I lost my debit card and used it to pay for my THI subscription. When I went to the bank to get another due to my losing it, I had to cancel my previous card. Now I can't for the life of me get any info about how to get the new number to THI . My email is larnew@gmail.com but I cannot remember my password for my user name, lenlar. All I want to do is get back on premium but it seems impossible. There used to be a phone number on the contact info but it is not there now. Can you please contact someone in subscription to get in touch with me? So I can give them my new card info? Right now I cannot sign in to THI because I do not remember my password. Someone please get back to me and tell what I can do to rectify this.
