Beyond the misleading title, it's also not really that accurate. The proposed bill would force us out, so I don't think I would phrase it as "UNC withdraws". We would be forced out by the government if a proposed bill passed and the conference were to move championship games out again.

I think the story and the potential impacts are interesting and very worthy of discussion. Your title (and the childish edits after) just distract from it in my opinion.
