UNC has extended an offer to class of 2018 WR Jatavious Harris of Baldwin in Milledgeville, GA. The 6-3, 184 pounder has also picked up offers from Louisville, Pittsburgh, Florida, Miami, NC. State, South Carolina and Tennessee among others.
