UNC has offered 3-star safety Michael Carter II, a 5-11, 173-pound 2017 prospect from South Paulding H.S. in Douglasville, GA. Carter, who also plays baseball, has also been offered by Duke, Wake Forest, and Yale to name a few. Stanford, Florida State, Georgia and Georgia Tech are also recruiting him pretty hard but haven't yet offered.
