UNC has extended an offer to class of 2018 inside linebacker Robert Hicks of Miami Central in Miami, Florida. The 6-2, 230 pound Louisville pledge has also picked up offers from Auburn, Miami, Mississippi State, Tennessee, Kentucky among others.
