Great new offer out from the UNC coaching staff, at least in my estimation. It went to Koby Quansah, the top-rated prospect in Connecticut and a four-star Rivals250 linebacker. The knock on Connecticut recruits is, of course, lack of competition makes it tough to evaluate. But Quansah killed it as early as last year at the Underclassman Challenge down in Florida. Quansah has the makings of a great college inside 'backer.
