New Tar Heel in my family!!!

Nah bish, I didn't get a girl pregnant (yet).

My cousin, Jessica, just got accepted to Carolina. This is the side of my family that, of those who actually went to college, all went to State. I need more Tar Heels in the family and Carolina needs more folks from @heelz2345 and @grillheel's neck of the woods attending (my family is from Sampson County), so it's a win-win for errbody.

I figure this type of thing isn't as big of news to some of y'all who also have family in North Carolina, but my family comes from pretty modest, humble roots and going to college hasn't always been a thing for a lot of my extended family, for various reasons.

So it's pretty exciting for us. She and her younger brother have faced some tremendous adversity growing up and yet she's smart as a whip, does a bunch of extracurriculars and sports and what not, all that good stuff.
