Common day people seem to be inherently angry. The advent of social media has seemed to exacerbate that issue. People are angry for different reasons, but they're still angry. I'm a happy person. I like my life. I try to improve my life. However, along those lines, there seems to be some serious breakdowns.
Are those breakdowns about having kids before you were ready? Are they about marrying some woman you don't love? I could make an argument that they were about how they were being screwed by the system, but the majority of them continually vote for that system. So what is the issue? People hate their life, and become "combative" about that issue, but they never seem to remedy that issue via the voting process.
Of course, that brings up another point...how intelligent are most people? I refrain to use the term "educated" because that doesn't denote intelligence. All you have to do is look at your resident "doctorate" @uncboy10 to understand this statement. People tend to be emotional, and I think the intelligent people realize this, and use it against you. Whenever you make an emotional decision, you're probably playing into the hand of the people you hate.
If you want this in poker terms, they're slow-playing you. I've won many poker tournaments by slow-playing people. Don't get slow-played. Analise and make an educated response.
Or don't...it's not that I really care if you let yourself get manipulated.
