Ironic it was said before the season that it would be his junior year before he would be able to contribute. He played at a small school, and was overlooked by many schools. But he can score, and his defense will improve with more PT.

Maybe T-Nick is the new Brady Manek?

Manek went from a weak defender to an adequate defender in his only season with us. If T-Nick can do the same - while continuing to give us better spacing with his outside shooting - he should definitely get more PT.

Of course that always raises the question of whose minutes does he take?

The other obvious question is whether he and the others who did well against Citadel can also perform well against serious competition. I hope their play has earned them the opportunity to be on the floor against Ohio State and Michigan.

Confidence does wonders for any player, as you mentioned let's see what they are able to produce over the next two games. Doubt if they will be able to sustain their totals from Citadel game to Ohio State and Michigan. If they can provide energy, and hustle and desire they will be successful. Let's hope that Hubert will continue to play these guys while they continue to grow.
