Nirvana... bunch of child pornographers!

He doesn’t have a (third) leg to stand on.
Have you seen his chest tattoo?

The picture is funny and the album was trash. Nirvana was trash and Kurt Gobang was an idiot and a coward. Thought it was better to kill himself than take care of his wife and kid.

I acknowledge the influence and impact that Nirvana had on music in that era but I'm not a fan. There were many "grunge" bands of that era that I much preferred.
This sums up exactly how I feel on it as well.

I thought musically Pearl Jam and some of the other early 90s bands were much better.

I agree that there were better bands than Nirvana, but to call them garbage (and any of their records garbage) shows very little knowledge of music and that person's opinion on music should be ignored.

I only like maybe two or three Nirvana songs. But, I'm in awe of people like Cobain, who can carve-out a niche with their minimal musicianship abilities, and have THAT much of an impact. The same could be said of people like John Lennon. They just knew how to write great songs!

I do believe that Cobain's suicide immortalized, or exalted, their overall success and impact in the long-term.

One thing that helped make Nirvana "great" was having Dave Grohl in the band. THAT dude is a wellspring of musical talent.

Dave Grohl is a gift from the rock gods.

Garbage, straight garbage, nothing but garbage. Only reason they got popular is because Gobang went Gobang.

I saw where he managed to obtain the soundboard from the old Sound City Studio in LA. I think he had a lot of famous guest musicians come around to record songs using it.
Yeah, there was a great documentary about it. I believe he produced it. There are a couple of good songs that came out of it.

I remember the last song on that album. If you let it keep playing, it had an extra song. Took minutes to silence to get to it

Dave Grohl seems like a nice and fun guy but I can't name one single Foo Fighters song. And what I heard right there was ear cancer.

Jamie Madrox does a deadon Eminem voice over. This is hilarious. Best diss ever made. OK, maybe behind Let's Go by Kool Moe Dee.

OK, give me 50. That's only 10% of what you said are out there.

3...2....1...GO!
Basically any track by Tupac, Nas, NWA, Ice Cube, Eminem, Jay Z. That's got to be at least 50 off the top of my head. I'm sure if I actually thought about it I could give you a couple thousand more. I would put ICP in the Nick Cannon category.
