Tournament format: 32 teams will play in the NIT, with regular season conference champions who do not win their conference tournaments earning automatic bids. As of Saturday night, 10 teams have automatic bids. That narrows the field for at-large, Power 5 teams....

When is the NIT final? March 30 in Las Vegas. The NIT has moved away from playing the Final Four games in Madison Square Garden for the first time besides the COVID-impacted 2021 season.

Carolina (20-13)
Wake (19-13)

These look like possible NIT teams. Does the NIT ever pick 3 from the same conference? I mean they only have 32 slots.

Clemson still has a slight chance of making it into the NCAAT.

Would we be in the NCAAT with Clemson's record? I'm guessing yes.

Nothing personal WW. I honestly didn't know they did an NIT selection show, so thanks for posting it (for the people that wanted to know the details). Now on the other hand, if it was a joke, then I was gonna say fantastic job by you.

I'm not even gonna watch the ncaa selection show this year. If the Heels play anymore, I'll just find out here.

I didn't either, but I was googling to see when we would find out if we got a bid and this was what I ran across.
