Don't know if anyone else has noticed this but what is what that site?

For example, PJ Washington is clearly a possibility right now, I'd say he feels pretty warm towards us yet on his profile our chances are 'cool'. Same with Mitchell Robinson, Brandon McCoy, Nick Weatherspoon, and Mohamed Bamba.

Who the hell works for that site and on what information do these idiots get to make their predictions? No one thinks UNC is getting anyone. I can understand the skepticism in some cases, but not when players have clearly stated their interested.

No worries. If you could update your predictions every week like they do, you'd probably be every bit as accurate predicting recruits' eventual destinations. It's a very subjective thing and frankly, not worth worrying about until immediately prior to the recruits' decisions, when their predictions tend to be a little more accurate.

Unfortunately I don't think our chances with Mckoy (Cali kid) , Robinson (La. kid) and Bamba (dook/uk fever) are good. Not a single one has visited or talked of a definite visit. Weatherspoon canceled his visit for what ever reason. Is anybody ready to pick any of the 4 to UNC? Don't worry there is a long way to go , but at this time I wouldn't list any of the 4 as warm for UNC. As for Washington he has 14% of the crystal ball and his pick is from "UNC homer" Ross Martin and he has an unofficial. Again don't worry things will fall out in the months ahead. Kevin Knox is a warm for UNC.

Weatherspoon cancelled due to a personal issue concerning his mom and is expected to reschedule soon. Everything I've read indicates Felton is recruiting him hard and that he likes UNC a lot.

Let Roy work now that the cloud is starting to move out. Recruits and other coaches that are negative recruiting know that nothing is official speaking of sanctions and it's still true-we just have to keep working as a staff to fight that off

So much recruiting 'news' is agenda driven I've lost faith in reading long-term projections from any site.

I'm much more interested to know who is on campus, what they did on their visit etc. Definitely don't want to hear their 'thoughts' or 'impressions' from the trip since 99 times out of 100 they'll say something nice, praise the school, the coach, etc but never give any real info....

A lot can change in the coming months. But you all can understand my feelings on this when going onto a site and seeing duke and UK in the running for 20+ kids while we are only warm on 4 or 5. Frustrating as hell. Plus they have 5 duke insiders but only 1 UNC guy.

If I'm tossing the coin I'd say Nick and PJ are interested in UNC and Knox is warming to UNC. But as pointed out above who knows. One thing is certain '17 is an important class and we need to load up.

247 was pretty accurate last year and correct on Giles , Tatum , Smith , Alkins , Markkanen , Killeya-Jones and Bradley to name a few. Recruiting is a fluid process , of course they are going to make tons of picks for dook and UK when these kids can barely conceal their hard ons when talking about them. As dook and UK zero in on their #1 targets these other kids will move on to other favorites. It stinks but that's just the way it is right now. Roy will come up with a fines class and many we will get to watch for more than a year.
