We are actually very careful about what we eat. Zero candy and fast food is extremely rare (despite my love for Bojangles). But I know you're going to find some random article out there about how mosquito feet are getting caught in the spinach packaging or something like that. Just to ruin my day.
It's not really random. It's pretty common. It's not a huge amount, but unless you live in a bubble you eat bugs, shit and pretty much any other nasty thing you can think of.
Hmmm... What if I were to also mention that bug shit is also found in dust? This means that you are breathing in bug shit all of the time.
Lobster = cockroaches of the sea
Crab = spiders of the sea
Shrimp = ants of the sea
Etc.
Ah hell, we all know that pre-shredded cheese is at least 5% bugs.
