I like his attitude and skillset and would love to see him play for Carolina.
Any possibility that he waits around long enough to commit that he is able to see EC run the show and be ready to step in if EC is one and done?
If Boogie is smart, he'll hold off until Spring to see how well Hubert develops Cadeau. Unless, of course, he has some other clear favorite. Does he?
I agree that we are not at the top of his list, but peeps ought to have learned not to count out Hubs in recruiting by now! (assuming he is all in on Boogie) If EC is 1AD like we expect, then it means 2 things-1. the season went well and he blossomed. 2. Boogie would see the perfect opportunity to start right away AND how our coaches developed a 1AD PG! Sooo....I'm saying there's a chance!
If my memory serves me correctly both Boggie and EC had scholarship offers, and EC committed before Boggie. TPKAPF5 you could be right in your assessment, but do not envision that scenario happening. Do not believe he will be waiting until EC is determine to be a OAD, Boggie will probably commit before the end of his senior season, if not before. Granted he is a rare talent, but there are plenty of talent PG's out there, and if EC does exceed expectation it will not be an issue finding someone to replace him. It was mentioned by another poster, do not sleep on Seth.
While unlikely, we could have Elliot, RJ and Seth back next year. That's a really high floor - and would still be fairly high if Elliot goes pro.
OTOH, if both Elliot and RJ move on, we'll need to seriously reload no matter how good Seth has gotten in the interim.
I'm assuming EC and RJ will move on! Partially because I assume next season will be special and partially because I assume they will have maxed out what college offers! (NIL changed the perspective a bit so this may be old school thinking) If they both leave, we will need 2 guards and I know the staff is looking for that lead and 2 already. Boogie, some other HS, portal, Grad Trans, the possibilities are endless for re-tooling now so I am relaxed! How about Boogie and a grad trans in our backcourt-wow!
Old timers! Seth and Jackson wouldn't be too shabby now would they?
I agree, Ian Jackson would be our starting two guard in '24 if RJ moves on.

IF, big IF, what I think we will see this season actually happens, then Seth will take a major step forward and show that if Cadeau does leave as expected that there is no need to panic with Seth on board. I DON'T know that will happen, I suspect it may and I sincerely pray it does.
With what happened with his cousin, I hope bridges have not been burned with the Felton family, this young Felton may be the guy we should really go after. Boogie is a serious talent but I just want a pass first PG to run our show, shoot enough to keep the defenses honest but first instinct for me should be to set up your team mates, get everyone involved. Just don't think that is Boogie, I would LOVE him to play the 2 for us, not sure he is looking for that.
