North Carolina to host Notre Dame in 2017

NOTRE DAME, Ind. - The University of Notre Dame has announced kickoff times for its six home football games for the 2016 season (and for its off-site home game against Army at the Alamodome in San Antonio, Texas) in addition to the complete 2017 Irish football schedule.

The announcement got me hyped. I wasn't a season ticket holder last time they came to town, but I'm pretty excited knowing I'll definitely be in the building for this one. The trip to South Bend in 2014 was definitely a bucket list item. Love their tradition.

I was there for the last time they came. It was my junior year (free ticket as I was a student) - and it was an awesome game to be at. Golden Tate and Michael Floyd both catching TDs for ND, the pick 6 and comeback for the Heels - I'll probably pencil this one in as a trip I need to make next year.
