The early signing period is here, and Tar Heel Illustrated will track ever element of the prospects in the class of 2019 that send North Carolina their signed letters of intent.
Prospects can begin faxing in their LOIs at 7 am, but some plan on waiting until later in the day so they can sign during ceremonies at their schools.
To note: UNC enters the day with 17 committed prospects and THI believes all 16 will sign during the early period and that Mack Brown’s staff will land perhaps four more signatures, including from some very highly regarded prospects.
Stay with THI as we bring you full coverage of everything that happens.
Additional note: Brown will hold a press conference Wednesday at 3 pm at the Kenan Football Center.
Also note, as we told you last week, the prospects that had no star ratings would likely be adjusted this week, and so far Kevin Hester went from no stars to 3 stars and Obi Egbuna went from no stars to 2 stars. Punter Ben Kiernan went from no stars to 2 stars, WR Justin Olson went from no stars to 2 stars...
