That's a taller backcourt than we're used to. Does Brandon Robinson get a lot of minutes again (assuming Seventh is still out)? Sounds like a great situation for him. Perhaps Jalek, too.

Three of their starters are sharpshooters from deep.

I'm not able to watch the game today, but it looks like the Heels have it under control. It's nice to have an easy win today after a hectic schedule over the past couple of weeks.

Wow! An OFFICIAL Game Thread well into the 2nd half with only 7 posts.

Has nuclear war broken out or something?

Jalek finally starting to show some good moves. He's had plenty of minutes but was barely noticeable until the last couple of minutes. That's what we want to see.

Jalek had a good game. All the 4 upperclassmen played well. Nice minutes from Huffman in the 1st half.

Some things to improve: Free throw shooting from the young bigs (combined 2-10), fast break execution (5+ passes sailing out of the bounds), closing on 3 point shooters.

Overall it was an ok game. If we pressed we could have won by 40 though.

Have we forgotten how to play?

We're only winning the 2nd half by a couple of points.
Come on dude. They have one loss coming in and an outstanding coach. Our defense was the best it’s been all year. Very pleased with this win.

Sterling is getting better every game. Brandon, Jalek, and Andrew with solid games too.

I was talking about that stretch of the game. We looked awful and they gained a lot on us. The game wasn't in doubt but our play was inexcusable.

No, he had a dismal game until the last 5 minutes of the game. My opinion, but that's what I was seeing.

With about 6 to go I noticed that his line for the game was 1 block and 1 turnover. That's it. He had played a good number of minutes but looked out of it.

That last 5 minutes was totally different. 3 assists, 9 points, and - perhaps most important - he was moving well and with purpose. As I said, that's the Jalek we need to see - not the one who looks like he doesn't really care.

I found myself wondering if Roy didn't tell him to go get it.

One more ugly blowout win/ Made even uglier by DSPN shrinking my screen to show guys back at sports center during live action. I called in and complained, I'm sure it won't go past the poor dude who gets paid to listen, but it made me feel a little better anyway. I truly detest the pathetic approach DSPN uses to telecast what is ostensibly supposed to be a game contested between two teams.

Guys, we are a work in progress, as we will be all year long. We will have stretches of brilliance(I saw several today) intermingled with poor stretches where we don't take care of the ball(several of these as well). But overall, it was a great effort against a team that will win their conference and play in the NCAAT.

We continue to make the extra pass, something that I particularly love about this team. And our defense is coming along nicely. Sterling is good enough to merit starting, if he can pass all of Roy's running requirements. He is going to be an excellent player in time, he's already pretty darn good.

Andrew has an extremely high basketball IQ, he just seems to inherently know where to go, either with or without the ball. He is a player.

And Jalek made a couple of plays that very few players in the country can make. If his work ethic improves, and I see signs of it already, he can be a very special player.

I Loved Kenny's 2 coast to cost plays with the finish and the harm on one of them. He seems very fast with the ball to me.

And speaking of Coast to Coast with the finish, did ANYONE here envision Luke May EVER doing that in his time at UNC? I sure didn't. I think that was vs Davidson, but still - it was a shocker to me.

The game against Western Carolina on Wednesday will also by available on the Watch ESPN app.
