The Google doc will be updated periodically by @Raising Heel to reflect picks. It's also a good reference to use to see everyone's picks for the entire contest.

Ok, just one question because all the discussion about this and the multiple threads is making my head hurt.

All I have to do is poast my picks in each wave thread. Is that correct @TarHeelNation11?

Are the lines the same in both threads or are they different? If so, which thread do we need to look at. I would prefer to go back to the other one so the lazy people will be at a disadvantage. Also, in the lines what do the little signs stand for, like what does the - and + mean? Plus, does PICK mean we get to pick a random team that isn't actually in that bowl game?

Good Christ. The lines are the SAME anywhere you want to look. In the "wave" threads, on the original contest thread, or on the Google Doc. I tried to make this simpler and more accessible for y'all, but apparently all it's done is confuse the f*** out of you.

They're different. You need to look at both threads.

Those are instructions for jump starting your car.

Plus, does PICK mean we get to pick a random team that isn't actually in that bowl game?
Absolutely. Good luck in this contest.

And why the hell did you poast the lines on some games showing favorite and some showing the dog?

Are you really up for this? Cause I don't think your head is in it.

Somebody is gwumpy today.

Just found out I have to have a shit ton of highly invasive dental work done. Making matters worse, it is a redo of something done 10 years ago.

Did I mention that it will again cost about $15K?

First team listed. Y'all need to ease up on THN a bit. It's no wonder he's so cranky.

Dude. The favorite is always the one where the line is shown. Gets confusing if you switch back and forth showing the line for the favorite and then the dog.

I was talking about THN, but....
You picked Toledo twice. You failed to make picks for the UCF/Arkansas State game and the Central Michigan/Tulsa game. Please edit your poast.

Fixed.

This contest is about to piss me off.

There are 8 games. You still need to pick UCF/Arkansas State.

Fixed.

If the lines are poasted again with points sometimes being shown for the favorite and sometimes for the dog, I'm out and I'm not paying.

Grambling -14.5
New Mexico -9.5
Houston -5.5
App State
UCF -6.5
Louisiana Laf +5.5
Central Michigan +10.5

I agree with @UNC71-00 that the favorite should always be listed first and showing how many points they are laying.

@UNC71-00 Are you really up for this? Cause I don't think your head is in it.

Also, GMAFB on the favorite first vs. dog first.

1. Billy lists his both ways in his contest and I never saw one person complain.

2. I copied the bowl lineup from ESPN's website. Then I applied the spread. I'm sorry ESPN didn't list it favorite first on every matchup.

Bullshit. I will bet you $100 that you can't find one Billy thread where he ever showed the points for the dog- points are always shown for the favorite. And he always lists his the same way- visiting team first.

I don't care so much which team you list first, but I'm not going to pay attention to making sure that the points are being laid instead of taken.

I had the same question. Checked Billy's threads and he always shows points for the favorite.

ETA: @TarHeelNation11, I have to agree with 71 and GSD on this one. Order doesn't matter but you at least need to show the favorite and the points. I've already updated the spreadsheet to reflect this.
