Boom. Roasted.
It is not a hashtag or a social media gimmick. It's just life. Carolina basketball has lived it for the last 40 years. It doesn't have to be on the warmup shirts. It's on the fridge in the basketball office, which features photos of former players' children, or the way so many former players still use Bill Guthridge's secret handshake with each other.
These stats are a little misleading since Cam Johnson had 13 rebounds -- 13! -- all by his own self, including 6 offensive. Still pretty awesome though.

Here is a great line from G7's review I almost cried laughing when I read this...he sees JB's shooting hitch and his problem he just hopes Hubert and JB sees it!

- I've noticed lately that a little hitch has crept back into JB's 3-ball stroke (something he fought from time to time in HS), and that is in all likelihood a result of too much extra shooting. When you overdo it bad habits can creep in. Hopefully he and Hubert see it, and hopefully he goes for quality over quantity in his personal work.

Lol he also said berry was the best player on the court last night. He wasnt even the best pg on the court.

I'm assuming he's referring to Theo's contributions as a facilitator and leader. But still it's a little misplaced. Berry and Theo were both outstanding, and we needed every bit of what both of them had to offer.
Lost in all the euphoria of beating the dookies, is that we are only a half game behind dook and Miami for 3rd place. A loss would have dropped us to 9th in the conference, a half game behind moo.

I love me some Theo. That block and save on the same play was big. No one else on the floor last night makes that play.

If I cared more, I'd start a thread after every game called "Stats 'n' Things" that specifically discussed officiating and blown rebounds.
Trip received a giant can of whoop ass from Joel last night, and him trying to sell like he was fouled while JB gets another layup is the crowning jewel.
Luke put him on his ass as well and the refs said play on. I got a good chuckle outta that.
I have to go back and rewatch for that play. I don’t recall that one. I remember the flop when Maye was driving. And of course the way gayson flung himself to the ground late in the game when he was barely touched.
