A van down by the river
Finally, the moment we've all been waiting for. It's time to decide the greatest chain restaurant in the country as voted on by you, the good people of OOTB. No matter how many times you've demonstrated your poor judgment and stupidity on this or any other topic, you still get to have a say in which restaurant will wear the crown of OOTB royalty. #Merica

Voting runs through 11:59 pm on Thursday. In the event of a tie, I have poasted a hidden message elsewhere on this board that specifies the tiebreaker rules (ooooh, mystery and intrigue!). A quick recap before the voting.

How they got here:

#3 Jersey Mike's Subs
def. #14 Little Caesars
def. #6 McDonald's
def. #2 Arby's
def. #1 Firehouse Subs
def. #2 Five Guys Burgers and Fries

#1 Chick-fil-A
def. #16 Maggiano's Little Italy
def. #8 Dairy Queen
def. #5 Buffalo Wild Wings
def. #3 Olive Garden
def. #6 Outback Steakhouse

Both franchises have had remarkable seasons and impressive performances in the tournament to reach this point. Good luck to both our contestants. And now, it's time to cast your ballot.

OOTB Chain Restaurants Tourney Championship

#3 Jersey Mike's Subs vs. #1 Chick-fil-A

There's been some really good poasts in this thread . .

Chick-fil-A

CFA obviously. There are only two reasons someone wouldn't pick CFA. Either you've never had the spicy chicken sandwich or you're a f**king retarded dumbass douche bag.

Well I think I see the writing on the wall but I'm tempted to go with Jersey Mike's for variety. CFA is kind of a one-trick pony, although it's a damn good trick. At JM ya got your hot subs, cold subs, and if you're @Grayhead or @BillyL you can even get your sandwich in a bowl without the bread. You could go in every day for lunch for a week and have a fairly different type of meal each time. Meatball sub, cheesesteak, and deluxe club are all winners.

Nah, never mind. Chick-fil-A. Eat mor chikin.

My heart wants to vote for Chick-fil-A, it really does. The perfect chicken sandwich (spicy or original), the waffle fries, the lemonade, the big nugget platter for parties, the sauces, customer service, etc...Chick-fil-A has it all........but they got rid of the spicy chicken biscuit. That pissed me off. You don't piss me off.

Jersey f'ing Mike's gets my vote.

While there were several restaurants in the tourney that I felt should have been here over these two, I think CFA would be a somewhat deserving champion. And what fun would it be if I could only say "remember that restaurant tourney, my favorites didn't win, but they ended up coming through with a reasonable winner". It's much more fun the way the TV show tourney went down, so I can be like "can you believe those bozos picked fuggin Looney Toons of all shows!?"

Therefore, in the hopes of further heckling, my vote is for: Jersey Mike's.

Sad, sad day right now. From now on I'm putting sauce on every chicken sandwich because of your stupidity.

If a chain sandwich shop beats CFA this board will have officially taken over pack pride's spot as the worst message board on the planet.

If a chain sandwich shop beats a chain sandwich shop....

No kidding. While I like both CFA and JM's an awful lot, it's sad and telling that these two are facing off in the championship. I mean, neither one even serves steamed vegetables. There were several other worthwhile contenders that should've been here.

While I don't think either are the best of all the ones we had both have good food. I'll go with CFA. They have fries and if I'm going unhealthy I need some fries with mayo.
