From UNC:
CHAPEL HILL, N.C. - North Carolina will conduct an open spring football scrimmage in Chapel Hill on Saturday, March 28, at the Navy practice fields (across the street from baseball's Boshamer Stadium). The scrimmage is free and begins at 10 a.m.
Inflatable games will be set up on the adjacent field hockey turf along with booths for Chapel Hill Sportswear, food trucks and concessions. Following the scrimmage, fans are encouraged to attend the UNC baseball game vs. Miami at 3 p.m.
The Tar Heels will also have an open scrimmage in Charlotte on Saturday, April 11 at Rocky River High School at 1 pm.
Carolina will not have a traditional Spring Game in Chapel Hill due to ongoing repairs to the Kenan Stadium playing surface. UNC is replacing an aging storm water drain pipe, which is located under the field and extends from one end zone to the other.
A new grass playing surface will be installed at Kenan Stadium in time for UNC's spring commencement ceremony in May.
