Downs is out for the bowl game and the Oregon CB is a 1st round draft pick, so yes, we'll def take it.

Oregon has had well over a dozen players opt out/transfer heading into the bowl game. Game looks much more manageable than it did a week ago. Also, Andre Greene can play in the bowl game against Oregon and not lose his redshirt, which is good news.
