Was checking the Alabama game log from their win over Wisconsin and noticed that Ronnie Harrison was credited for one assisted tackle. It's interesting to me that he isn't redshirting, despite seemingly not being the starter (didn't check their depth chart but if he only had one tackle, I assume he isn't starting). I assume he's cutting his teeth on special teams. I guess even Alabama is starting to utilize redshirts less and less, especially due to the fact that a lot of their players go pro early.
Our DB's looked a lot better against SCar than they did last season (granted, it's only one game so the jury is still out), but I can't help wondering how good Harrison would be for us. Not trying to start anything or bring up fresh wounds; I just really like RH as a player and I'm interested to see how his career develops over in Tuscaloosa.
