Not sure I expected that but he didn't have a great playoff last season but that can be said for the entire secondary. Hopefully he lands in another good spot with another team.

Kinda surprised they are cutting him now despite not drafting any safeties, but he has no one but himself to blame.
Lots of the same stuff that kept him from reaching his potential here still costing him in the NFL. Out of position, poor tackling, not making the routine plays, etc.

He was definitely more interested in making a big interception than he was in making the necessary routine football play.
He showed flashes, just not enough of them. I hate it too because I love local guys that played here on the Panthers. He signed with the Chargers so he'll still be earning.
