Photoshop, etc

i need help wth either an app or the program in general if an app isn't available for an apple device.

i just need to edit photos, add or subtract things, for a project.

who has experience with anything they recommend?

Have you tried Microsoft Paint? I made this awesome "photograph" with it:

while that is a fantastic photograph, i need to edit photos i snap, pics on the internet, and the like.

i have never used photoshop, so i was looking/hoping for something on ios that is the equivalent.
