With the news of Elliot reclassifying to the class of 2023 I was seeing if anybody had Intel on how this will affect the recruitment of Boogie Fland? Does this make him even more likely to become a Tar Heel in the class of 24 considering the Cadeau family plans on Elliot being a one and done player ?
