Illinois' greatest days in football were quite a long time ago, but there is some tradition there and the program plays in a very classic old stadium UNC fans get to see next season. There are some similarities between the UNC and Illinois programs, and my question to you is What Do You Know About Illinois Football?
I will begin. I could name several things but will keep it at this: I remember seeing them in the Rose Bowl in the early-mid 80s and thought the "ILLINOIS" on their helmet was cool because it sort or rounded the side of the helmet.
