I think we’ll make the tournament but another miracle run isn’t in the cards. First round exit this year, IMO.
The fact that we’re having this discussion at the end of December as to whether the runner-up champs that returned 4 starters will make the NCAA tournament says plenty to me.

It’s flawed talent.. there’s no PG and no leader..Love & Davis are never going to figure it out..neither can dribble..The team needs an athletic 6 7” ish slasher that can get to the rim..Leaky just isn’t assertive enough .. Puff needs more time but he hasn’t been making shots & commits stupid fouls so how do you give it to him

Game was lost cuz leaky and love got torched all game 14/17 for 31 points. Jesus.
Eh, I think this is kind of their talent level. Fringe top 25 team. That’s who they were last year apart from the final 8 games?
There’s not a ton of talent on this team. And worse, your most talented player is the most flawed player in the country.
All while the guy that was talked about all least week being our best G defender only played 5 mins and a guy that I forgot was on the team played 20 mins.

The most disturbing thing is the attitude on the court. I don't see a carolina team on the court. These kids don't seem to be excited for each other. They rarely point to the passer. They seem like its a chore to slap five after a free throw. These things may seem little on a good team but these are indicators of terrible team chemistry and possible infighting amoung a bad team.
on tv at least, caleb looked disinterested…interesting the demeanor over the summer & pre-season vs right now.
20 years ago Caleb would
have already got slammed against a locker by a teammate for his lack of effort/care. **** that guy.
Spot on. Had friends who attended the game and couldn’t stop commenting on how disinterested Caleb was.
