Can't be that bad, can it? I mean, sure he has Clifton in one ear, but he'll also have Roy in the other. Him being less than an hour away couldn't hurt either. Not to mention he even took a surprise visit almost as soon as he got here. Over State, which he has ties with (Friends with Dennis Smith). Much better than it could be IMHO.

State was at w.o.g. as soon as he landed...he'll be visiting them more than anyone because that's where he'll end up..no coincidence that he transferred to w.o.g.!!

I think State visiting him and him visiting us are completely different. State's visit may be appealing since they were the first to see him, but I'd rather have an Unofficial than just a coach visit at the moment. It at least makes him look interested. Time will tell who he's more interested in.

Lighten up people. We got a visit from a top recruit and we have a chance. And you all tell me I'm negative!

I believe that once peeps see UNC for themselves, that can break down barriers. I never sell Roy short so I still think there is a chance, but the Clifton influence can't be good for us!

Wall never signed a deal with Nike. He signed with Adidas out of college, and just recently extended that contract.

I think the Wall situation is much different. Wall and Clifton were very close. That was more of a situation where Clifton was providing guidance than this. I mean, I'm not overly optimistic (in fact, I think it extremely unlikely) but I don't think Clifton is as much of a factor here.

Yeah..thought about that also...i seriously don't think he's known Clifton any longer than he's known Roy..so in terms of building a relationship..Roy may be slightly ahead in that department!!
