My wife and brother in law inherited the house from their parents. We are buying out my brother in law , got the loan and now have to hire an attorney to do the closing . Do I really need to do any research on attorneys in Greensboro to pick one or will the cost be pretty standard regardless of which one I choose ? Thanks for any replies !

Cost may vary a bit. I do recommend a title search. My son had a piece of property that was to be given by his wife's granddad. He was planning to put a house on it. Come to find out there was a lien against it that no one knew about. But that may differ since it's inherited land
