Since Roy has been at UNC (2004 class thru 2015 class) he has given scholarship offers to players from MANY states. Can you name the top 3 states that Roy has offered players from? Just offers and not necessarily commitments. I'm sure everyone can guess the #1 state (North Carolina), so for fun, I'm looking for the top 3 states NOT INCLUDING North Carolina. I'm also EXCLUDING the 2016 class since it's still in progress.
