My favorite rice is rice and mushrooms. I dice onion and brown it and the rice a little in butter. Add mushrooms and cook with beef stock. Oh and peanut butter Rice Krispie treats!
I chose Mexican rice bc of sour cream and Cholula but sticky rice w sriracha is right there w it.
