The top 40 recruit had a game in my area tonight.

1. Has a pretty good college developed body already and he's not afraid to use it.
2. Pretty good skill level, knocked down a few deep 3 pointers.
3. Had an ESPN highlight dunk on the head of a Top 75 kid from my area(Dylan James-2023-Georgia commit)

Good find! I love his game mostly because he still has growing to do, and he reminds me of a certain Sr big that is the face of my favorite team! He plays an old-school game and isn't afraid to mix it up in the post! He has enough outside game to keep peeps honest, but he looks like a rebounding and post monster!

Go get 'em Hubs!

Yeah, REALLY like this kid! Good solid body, great frame, can eat space and not be pushed around. Kid has a injury that took him out for a season I believe, fell hard in the rankings due to just not being able to play the summer circuits. I know he was a early call from Hubert when contact period began last summer, he at least was on our radar. I strongly think he would be a better fit to our needs than Stevenson looks to me to be, IF, major IF, he has recovered from his injury and is back on his natural progression.

Unless I am mistaken the kid was 6'6" 205 as a freshman (he is class of 24) and is now around 225lbs and 6'8". Put this kid and Charles Brown in our S/C program and the word soft will not be used against UNC! Not sure I buy him as a stretch, fine for the mid range but I think his future is more inside the paint than out side at the 3.

It is clear from the progression on the videos that the kid is willing to put in work and is coachable! His current trajectory has him looking like a solid college 4 with the potential to grow/work his way into all conference status eventually! (if he gets a few more inches he might shoot up the rankings and be a starter from day 1) I love this kids motor and frame and I think he would thrive at UNC!
