My brother has finally been diagnosed and gone through one operation but must go under the knife again on April 20 in Chapel Hill. I will be there with him before and after but he can use all your prayers. He was losing weight and not feeling good. after several weeks went to the doctor and after several more months and him going from 225 to 130 pounds he finally went to the UNC hospitals E.R. and they said he had not one but two blockages in his intestines. The Doc. said they could not operate on both at the same time so the took care of one and got to go back in and get the other.
Derek is a good man , good father , good husband and good friend. He loves the lord and is the kind of friend everyone should have. Very smart guy and tough as nails and is a Tar Heel Fan. Send up a prayer for him please . Thanks !
