Were their recruits over 18 in all of these situations? That could be a heavy duty issue if not... and I am assuming not.

Typically age of consent is 16 in most states and instances. These kids would have to call themselves victims of statutory rape if that is what you are getting at. But only if the girls were over 18 and more than 3 years older than the so called "victims". Also if so the madam could face jail time because she was well into her 30's dealing with kids under 18 to have sex with her own daughters that were under 18. The kids aren't in trouble for the sex as much as they are for the prostitution. And actually being under 18 might be their saving grace since you can argue they can't be tried as an adult if under 18. Andre McGee could be in a lot of trouble. It's somewhat similar to the double standard that occurs say when one of these younger female HS teacher scandals happen when she has sex with one of the male students. Teenage guys all think with their dicks I did yall did so can't completely fault the kids.
All I know is this chick that wrote the book better make some cash because in the long run this could backfire on her and she might need to lawyer up big time. Lot's of gray areas legally.
If they find the university was providing sex to underage kids, I would think they would be in huge issues (especially in what could be stat rape). I mean, age of consent in every state varies.

Regardless of how good of a coach Pitino is in my opinion he should step down or they let him go. How could he not know what was going on. Andre Mcgee won't speak up because he don't want to get Rick in trouble.
I am not positive, but I do not think that is how it works with cases like this.

It to me is VERY similar to those rival fans bases talking about our easy grade classes that has this NCAA cloud hanging over us right now, you will not find a D-1 program that does not have easy classes and I doubt you will find a D-1 program that can say a recruit has never gotten laid on a recruiting trip. Guys, stuff happens on a lot of recruiting trips, I am not for one second going to suggest that a kid never got laid on a recruiting trip to UNC. No, it isn't normal or structured like this deal with Louisville but don't for one second believe this is isolated to the L-ville or Pitino.
I am just not a fan of pulling out one program for a practice that the majority practice to some extent. Now if you talking paying for players, if you talking faking grades and SATs to allow kids eligibility as frosh, then not all and not IMO a majority do that and I have not seen any indication of happening at UNC. Those are the kind of things not found on a level playing field. a kid getting laid on a recruiting trip is kinda more the norm than many realize and IMO is part of the level playing field. Some programs have elivated it to a time honored tradition and have their own highly screened and selected young ladies (that are not street prostitutes by the way) that gladly show some of these kids a 'good time"...
This L-ville deal kinda strikes me like the deal with Ky a few years ago, where the team cook that was also a caterer and resturant owner gave Ky players free food for themselves and their guests, that stuff happens EVERYWHERE! I didn't make a big deal out of that and told others maybe we should just let that be because that happens everywhere, not just at Ky. Oh, and for the record, the nonsense with PJ and cars, yeah, what the heck ever folks, go check out the rides that the big time talents drive at basically any D-1 program in the country and then talk to me about how bad what PJ did actually was...

I think the age of consent in Kentucky is 12 as long as it is immediate family.
