I think the kid really wants to comit to us but may be a little bit concerned that we already have Felton comitted from the following class. If we do get kenny Willams then we would have 2 very young guys that are very talented at his position.
If he comitted to the cocks he would be able to play beside Dosier, who is a excellent PG and have pretty much the 2 guard spot locked up for all the PT he would want. Everyone here (Columbia SC area) is working the kid to comit to the cocks, I think in the end that is what he will do. He & Dosier would be a lethal back court for sure, maybe as good a back court as you will find in the SEC, even considering Ky.

Not holding my breath for any commits until scandal comes to an end.... Since the resurgence of this topic a year ago we have 2 recruits, both are related to former players... Until this ends there will be no Ingrams Dosiers even Williams... Probably will have to go another route with a JUCO or 2/3 star players until it passes...

i knew dozier was going to be a gamecock...i was less sure about woods until dozier committed.
i'd be totally shocked if woods went anywhere but scarolina.
Was he ever a real high priority for our staff/team, I think not. Our staff has been around the block a time or two...I'm not sold that they were sold on the kid.
What's wrong with a kid that can break the d down at the top of the key,kick out to open shooters,finish at the rim with authority and create his own shot?..not to mention..knock down an occasional three!!..same kid that just outplayed Felton over the weekend in leading his team to the victory!!..sounds like everything we are missing right now!!
Gtee nailed it, Bur. Several of the big boys have backed off the kid. Sure he still has an offer from UNC and the staff would take him should he commit, but word is they won't be heartbroken if he chooses SC.
