Shark Week

was pretty good last night...hard to believe there could be a 20 ft tiger out there, just not fair.

i'm not interested in air jaws anymore, but maybe an updated show on recent attacks...they used to do top 10 deadliest sharks with the attack numbers and fatalities, but that hasn't been done in years.

Haven't watched any yet this year but I'll catch a couple of specials before the week is up. They keep doing it earlier and earlier, I can't ever remember when it is until it's too late, which is fitting, I suppose.

I don't know if our Shark Week is the same as yours, but I watched the episode in Guadeloupe last night - pretty cool.

The part where it showed the Great White going way down to the depths, then firing up like a missile to try and take a chunk out of the camera was amazing.

Poor seals.

I'm not sure shark week does any good for sharks. It seems to sensationalize them rather than provide a better understanding that they're not man eating killers.
