Andrew, could you help me please. I lost my debit card and used it to pay for my THI subscription. When I went to the bank to get another due to my losing it I had to cancel my previous card. Now I can't for the life of me get any info about how to get the new number to you all. My email is larnew@gmail.com but I cannot remember my password for my user name lenlar. All I want to do is get back on premium but it seems impossible. There used to be a phone number on the contact info but it is not there now. Can you please contact someone to get in touch with me? So I can give them my new card info?

I just had the system send you an email that will allow you to re-set your password. Let me know if it works or doesn't work.
