If users are having trouble logging in via the forums (and getting a "user not found" error) - please advise the user to visit your front page, sign in there, then navigate to the forums.
 
@andrew jones what's up with this "500 Internal Server Error" that everyone is getting? Is there a fix coming, because navigating the board sucks right now.

Rivals has been making some periodic changes the last couple of days. Any error messages are temporary. My apologies for not posting something about it. My mistake.
 
Since you asked for suggestions, "Tar Heel" is two words. ;)

I did prefer the previous version of alerts where all you had to do was hover over, not click through to another URL.

And thanks for your efforts to continue to improve the site.

No problem. It looks like they've got it fixed. I haven't gotten the error message recently.

I think it's like that because it looks like a web address, and the decision makers believe that will etch in non-subscribers' minds.

I sent an email to John Gwaltney because his address was the only one I could find. But is the site experiencing problems? I am trying to poast at the rate in which I normally do and I keep getting a message saying that because I am a "free user" I can't poast many messages at one time (which I don't even understand because I obviously can only poast one message at a time). What's up?

I have been traveling all day and just found out about this. I am looking into it.
 
Rivals started using a new anti-spam program. Last Friday on my HS site NCPreps I have several people who post scoring updates that got same message. I contacted Rivals and they changed something to let my long-time posters post as many as they want.

I will explain to Andrew and get him to ask Rivals as well.
 
I don't find Rivals to be customer friendly/easy to navigate if I have a problem and wish to contact you. It is easy to sign up/ subscribe, but difficult to get through to you for any other situation. I'm not a happy subscriber.

FYI ... Tar Heel Radar is badly skewed ... oldposts from months months ago. Frustrating, not nuser friendly ... you are losing viewers, incl me. Please get fixed ASAP!!!
