Small Turnout at UNC camps?

It seems from what I am reading that UNC has been getting a relatively small turnout at its camps. First, is that an accurate read? Second, if so, is the staff being more selective and inviting fewer players, inviting higher ranked players that are less likely to attend, or any other obvious reason?
