Let that sink in. Still wanna claim UGA is some kind of resurgent juggernaut who will win the East?
And to think the Bulldogs beat so us easily, yet struggle with a small time football team. This does not bode well for us moving forward.
Which is we have a very small chance of beating Florida State. Dalvin Cook will destroy us.Any team that just sticks with the run will compete with UNC , slows down the game, and works on the weak spot...
Yeah, we can't count on outscoring the big boys. As soon as our uptempo offense has a couple of 45 second 3-and-outs, our D doesn't stand a chance of keeping us in the game.Which is we have a very small chance of beating Florida State. Dalvin Cook will destroy us.
Heck, Pitt's stable of RBs will give us fits too. Go back and watch the Pitt game from last year. Ollison was running all over us, but we built up a big first half lead and Pitt inexplicably abandoned the running game too early.
Florida won the East last season. They beat ECU by 7, UK by 5, Vanderbilt by 2, and FAU by 6 in overtime.Let that sink in. Still wanna claim UGA is some kind of resurgent juggernaut who will win the East?
I get what you're saying and I agree with your logic, but it still sucks. Hoping a loss looks "better" at the end of the year is such a soul-crushing thing to hope forIf Georgia has a good year, it mitigates our loss to them. If they suck, like the 'Cocks last year, it makes our loss seem worse. Hopefully, we'll rebound strongly and Georgia will prove to be a good team. That would help our ranking down the road. So that game(UGA vs NSU) does potentially have some bearing on us.
