I was pretty excited yesterday when strolling through the grocery store aisles to discover that Trix cereal has apparently gone old school. Not old, old school but back to the version of their cereal that was available in the 1980s. So no more of this nonsense with the weird colors and shapes:

A quick search says they did this to remove artificial colors, etc. from their cereal. Hopefully it tastes as good as it did before they started messing it up with all that other crap. I'm gonna find out because I bought a box.

It's just thicker Fruity Pebbles. The shapes made it stand out. Now, it's just another fruity cereal.

Fruity Pebbles is basically sugar-coated sugar. I ate an entire box when I was younger and threw up. Still, it's one of the best tasting kids cereals to me.

I like old people cereal. I just love Bran Flakes. Doesn't screw with my digestive system either. I used eat like half a box at lunch in college. I also love the mini Frosted Mini-Wheats.
